TERMS OF SERVICE (EN)

INTRODUCTION

These terms of use govern your purchases from, and your use of, the www.citring.com website and forms a contract between you and Citring Universal S.L. (hereinafter “Citring”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site and before ordering.

 

CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Then within the next 7 days you will receive an electronic invoice at the email address you provided. Please ensure the email address is correct and keep the confirmation email as proof of purchase and for any future customer service inquiries. Both documents, order confirmation and invoice serve as guarantee of proof of purchase.

 

PAYMENT

Payments can be made using credit or debit cards, or via PayPal. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe, in compliance with strict banking standards. Citring does not store or have access to your credit card details at any time.

 

PAYMENT BY CARD

Pay with your Visa, American Express or MasterCard and Shopify payments, securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Stripe with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. Citring does not charge any extra costs for card payments. However, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on your card and bank. When paying by credit or with debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. If no payment has been received after submitting your order, Citring may automatically cancel your order.

 

TAXES

All prices on www.citring.com include VAT tax as per Spain and UE applicable laws. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer upon delivery. Citring is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please consult your local customs office for details.

 

INCOTERMS

Incoterms used on sales are DDU Delivered Duty Unpaid) is an Incoterm (International Commercial Term) that indicates the seller’s obligation to deliver the goods to the buyer at the agreed destination. The seller must assume all costs and risks associated with transportation up to that point, but the buyer is responsible for import duties (customs, taxes) and other local charges outside the EU.

 

If the customer denies paying customs duties and taxes upon arrival, and the product is to be returned to the seller. All cost incurred by Citring derived from this action, will be deducted from the price paid from the buyer.

 

ORDER INFORMATION

Orders placed using another person’s information without their consent will be reported to the local authorities. Citring reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders, if necessary, at any given time. If an order is cancelled by Citring before it has been shipped, any payments made will be fully refunded.

 

RETURNS

Customers have the right to return new, unused products within 14 days of receiving the order by contacting support@citring.com. The product must be returned within the following conditions: In its original box, in perfect aesthetic and hygienic condition. Unused and clean.

 

If the product has been used and in contact with food, and, or does not meet these conditions, €49 will be deducted from the refund as a service and restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without the original product box. Returning shipping costs is the customer’s responsibility.

 

According to EU regulations, customers have the right to return a product within 14 days from delivery. Products may be tested as if you were in a physical store. However, if the product has been used beyond this standard testing, a €49 service fee will be deducted from the refund. This is to cover cleaning, inspection, and repackaging costs.

 

WARRANTY

Citring machines come with a 3-year manufacturing warranty, under the following terms:

Valid for purchases made on www.citring.com or from authorized Citring retailers. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Citring will decide whether to repair, replace parts, or replace the machine. Replacement parts become the property of Citring. Proof of purchase (invoice) is required. If purchased by a company or used commercially, the warranty is limited to 12 months, this will be showed on the invoice “issued to” field.

 

Warranty Exclusions:

 

• For damages or defects caused by improper connection, improper handling or transportation, repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized persons, as well as failure to comply with usage instructions and/or failure to follow the service or maintenance instructions provided in the user manual.
• If the juicer has been used beyond its capacity, mistreated, hit, exposed to moisture, treated with corrosive products, or misused in any way attributed to the consumer.
• When the failure is caused by normal wear and tear of the parts due to use.
• If the machine has been used without the insertion of silicone containers.
• Damages caused by foreign objects in the juicing mechanism (stones, wood pieces, staples, etc.).
• Aesthetic wear of parts.

DELIVERY & CANCELLATIONS

All orders are shipped via express courier by Citring`s choosing. Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receipt, under the same conditions stated in the Returns section. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

If the product has been shipped, the customer must accept delivery before proceeding with a return. Orders are not considered canceled until confirmed by the buyer or customer via email or WhatsApp with Citring.

 

If an item is discontinued, Citring may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Equivalent replacement products may be offered if available.

 

COMPLAINTS

About damages upon delivery and/or wrong product. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged (visible or hidden) or incorrect (wrong color), contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. After this period Citring will not be liable to any refunds or changes in product.

 

Please include the following information in your email in order to process your requirement correctly: Order number, purchase email, full name of the buyer and full name of recipient (if different than buyer). Pictures of the exterior packaging show damage and pictures of product damage, and delivery location (if product was left outside by courier, front yard, porch).

 

Returns must be properly packaged. Products returned without defect will be evaluated and may be replaced with the same model. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

 

LIABILITY

Citring responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Citring bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Citring shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Citring. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Citring.

 

USER CONTENT

The www.citring.com website may include user generated content from, for example, social media applications. Citring does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos, videos, and others) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service. Report concerns to hi@citring.com

 

RETENTION OF TITLE

All products remain the property of Citring until payment is received in full.

 

FRAUD

All fraud attempts will be reported. Citring reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and your use of the www.citring.com website are governed by Spanish law. To the extent permitted by law, Spanish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Citring’s right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.

 

TERMINATION

Citring reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the www.citring.com website at its sole discretion. For example, if Citring suspects that you have breached these terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.

 

AMENDMENTS

Citring may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Citring. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound.

 

 

 

TÉRMINOS DE SERVICIO (ES)

INTRODUCCIÓN Estos términos de uso regulan tus compras y el uso del sitio web www.citring.com, y constituyen un contrato entre tú y Citring Universal S.L. (en adelante, "Citring"). Al realizar una compra o utilizar este sitio web, aceptas estos términos. Por favor, asegúrate de haberlos leído y comprendido antes de usar nuestra web y realizar un pedido.

CONFIRMACIÓN Tras realizar tu pedido, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación. En los siguientes 7 días, recibirás una factura electrónica en el correo que hayas proporcionado. Asegúrate de que el correo electrónico sea correcto y guarda la confirmación como comprobante de compra para futuras gestiones de atención al cliente. Ambos documentos, confirmación y factura, sirven como garantía de compra.

PAGO Los pagos pueden realizarse con tarjetas de crédito, débito o PayPal. Todas las transacciones son procesadas de forma segura por Stripe, cumpliendo con estrictos estándares bancarios. Citring no almacena ni tiene acceso a los datos de tu tarjeta en ningún momento.

PAGO CON TARJETA Puedes pagar con Visa, American Express, MasterCard y Shopify Payments, de forma segura por Internet. Tu pago será gestionado por Stripe con cifrado seguro. Citring no cobra costos adicionales por pagos con tarjeta, aunque tu banco podría aplicar comisiones. Si el pago no se ha recibido tras enviar el pedido, Citring podrá cancelarlo automáticamente.

IMPUESTOS Todos los precios en www.citring.com incluyen el IVA conforme a la legislación aplicable en España y la UE. Los pedidos fuera de la UE pueden estar sujetos a aranceles y tasas aduaneras que deberá abonar el cliente. Citring no se hace responsable de estos cargos.

INCOTERMS Las ventas se realizan bajo el Incoterm DDU (Entrega con Derechos No Pagados). Esto implica que Citring asume los costos y riesgos hasta el destino acordado, pero el comprador es responsable de aranceles e impuestos locales fuera de la UE. Si el cliente se niega a pagar estos cargos y el producto es devuelto, los costos generados se descontarán del reembolso.

INFORMACIÓN DEL PEDIDO Los pedidos realizados con datos de otra persona sin su consentimiento serán denunciados. Citring se reserva el derecho de corregir errores de precio y cancelar pedidos. Si un pedido es cancelado antes de su envío, se reembolsará el total abonado.

DEVOLUCIONES El cliente tiene derecho a devolver productos nuevos y sin usar en un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción. El producto debe devolverse en su caja original, limpio y en perfecto estado. Si el producto ha sido usado o ha estado en contacto con alimentos, se descontarán 49 € por costes de limpieza y reacondicionamiento. Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente.

Según la normativa de la UE, los productos pueden probarse como si estuvieras en una tienda física. Si se ha excedido este uso, se aplicará la tarifa de 49 €.

GARANTÍA Las máquinas Citring tienen 3 años de garantía por defectos de fabricación:

• Solo para compras en www.citring.com o minoristas autorizados.

• Se requiere justificante de compra (factura).

• Citring decidirá entre reparar, sustituir piezas o reemplazar el equipo.

• Las piezas sustituidas pasarán a ser propiedad de Citring.

• Si la compra se hizo por una empresa o para uso comercial, la garantía será de 12 meses.

Exclusiones de garantía:

• Daños por manipulación incorrecta, transporte, uso indebido, humedad, productos corrosivos o incumplimiento del manual.

• Uso más allá de la capacidad del exprimidor.

• Uso sin los contenedores de silicona.

• Objetos extraños en el mecanismo (piedras, grapas, etc.).

• Desgaste estético de piezas.

ENTREGA Y CANCELACIONES Los pedidos se envían por mensajería urgente. El cliente puede cancelar el pedido dentro de los 14 días siguientes a la recepción, en las mismas condiciones que las devoluciones. Si el producto ya ha sido enviado, debe ser recibido antes de proceder a su devolución. Las cancelaciones deben confirmarse por email o WhatsApp.

Si el producto está descatalogado, Citring puede cancelar el pedido y emitir un reembolso. Se podrá ofrecer un producto equivalente si está disponible.

RECLAMACIONES Si el producto está dañado o equivocado, notifícalo en un plazo de 14 días. Pasado este tiempo, no se aceptarán reclamaciones. Incluye: número de pedido, email de compra, nombre del comprador y destinatario, fotos del daño y del lugar de entrega si se dejó fuera.

RESPONSABILIDAD La responsabilidad de Citring se limita a las condiciones de venta. No se responsabiliza por incompatibilidades, demoras, pérdida de datos, trabajo adicional o perjuicios económicos indirectos.

FUERZA MAYOR Citring no será responsable por demoras o incumplimientos debidos a causas fuera de su control, como guerras, incendios, catástrofes naturales, huelgas, restricciones legales o problemas logísticos.

PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual del sitio web y sus contenidos pertenecen a Citring. Cualquier uso sin autorización, salvo para fines personales y no comerciales, está prohibido.

CONTENIDO DE USUARIO www.citring.com puede incluir contenido generado por usuarios (redes sociales, etc.). Citring no reclama propiedad sobre ese contenido ni se responsabiliza legalmente. Si detectas alguna infracción, contáctanos en hi@citring.com

RESERVA DE DOMINIO Los productos siguen siendo propiedad de Citring hasta que se realice el pago completo.

FRAUDE Todo intento de fraude será denunciado. Citring se reserva el derecho de cancelar pedidos sospechosos.

LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE Estos términos y el uso del sitio web se rigen por la legislación española. Los tribunales españoles tendrán jurisdicción exclusiva salvo que Citring decida actuar en el lugar de residencia del usuario.

TERMINACIÓN Citring podrá cancelar tu cuenta o acceso a su sitio web si considera que se han incumplido estos términos, sin necesidad de aviso previo.

MODIFICACIONES Citring podrá actualizar estos términos ocasionalmente. Se aplicarán los vigentes al momento de cada compra, por lo que se recomienda revisar periódicamente esta sección.
